Steps to try befor contacting us for help!

  1. Try un-pluging the box and wait 1 minute and plug it back in
  2. Try to run a speed test you want to see more the 20 meg down if you get any other errors try unpluging your router and cable modem (if you have fios then just the router) for 5 minutes then turn on cable modem wait till all lights are back on then turn on router and re run the speed test.
